We recommend booking a free on-site measurement via WhatsApp first. Our designers will discuss furniture function, style, dimensions and materials with you in detail. A measurement deposit is collected and a dedicated VIP service is set up only after both parties reach an agreement.

The production cycle is about 15-25 working days (from the order date). We track progress continuously and update the production log daily to ensure on-time completion. Complex craftsmanship or special color panels may extend the timeline.

We use ENF baby-safe eco boards meeting the highest formaldehyde standard, with zero formaldehyde exceedance on record. We also use 100% solid wood (e.g. black walnut, white oak) — no Southeast Asian softwood, dyed wood or veneer panels. No odor after installation.

All custom furniture comes with a 5-year warranty. Delivery and on-site service are available across Hong Kong, with free design, free measurement, and full after-sales support.

Quotes are transparent with no hidden fees. The process: confirm the plan and place order → production → pay 30% upon delivery to your building → pay the balance after installation. A 48-hour cooling-off period also applies upon delivery.

Whole-home customization covers a one-stop service from manufacturing to on-site installation, ideal for renovation or moving in. Single-piece customization starts from one item — bed frames, wardrobes, TV cabinets, sideboards, etc. — with flexible dimensions and materials.
